Using your agency budget wallet
Top up once and move budget freely between the wallet and your campaigns, including leftover from ended campaigns.
Your agency wallet holds budget you have paid in and not yet given to a campaign. The Finances page shows it, with your top-up history and what is left across your campaigns.
Top up
Pay through the same Xendit checkout a campaign uses. The funding fee is taken on the way in, and the rest lands in the wallet.
Move budget
Move whole rupiah from the wallet to a campaign, from a campaign back to the wallet, or between campaigns. Moving is free, because the fee was taken when you paid.
- You can move budget into a campaign that is a draft, coming soon or active. A draft funded this way can be activated.
- You cannot move out what a campaign already owes its creators for tracked views, or an amount held by our team.
- When a campaign ends, its unused leftover can come back to the wallet.
The owner and Admins can top up and move budget. Moderators can see the wallet but not change it.
