Why did my wallet get less than the claim amount?

SEMA's platform fee, currently 20%, is taken when a claim is credited to your wallet, so your balance is money you own.

When a claim is approved, SEMA's platform fee (currently 20%) comes off before the money reaches your wallet. The brand's budget pays the full claim; you receive it less the fee.

For example, an approved claim of Rp 100.000 adds Rp 80.000 to your wallet.

The fee is taken on the way in, not on the way out, so the balance you see in your wallet is money you own. Withdrawing it later costs only the flat withdrawal fee (see "How do I withdraw my money?").

Referral commission pays the same fee on its way into your wallet. Sign-up bonuses and quest rewards do not.
