Why was my video rejected?
A video is rejected when it does not follow the campaign brief. The reason is shown with the rejection.
Every video is reviewed by the brand's team against the campaign brief before it counts. The reason for a rejection is shown with it.
Common reasons
- The video does not follow the brief, or is missing a required hashtag, mention or asset.
- It was posted on a platform the campaign does not accept.
- The content is unrelated, low quality, reused from someone else, or breaks the platform's own rules.
What to do
Read the reason, then make a new video that follows the brief and submit that. If you think the rejection was a mistake, submit a ticket with the video's link and we will look at it.
A rejected video is not the same as rejected analytics: analytics is the review of a claim, after the video was approved. See "Why was my analytics rejected?".
