How do I withdraw my money?
From your Wallet, request a withdrawal to your bank or e-wallet. Currently the minimum is Rp 50.000 and the fee is a flat Rp 10.000.
Your wallet holds approved claims, referral commission and bonuses. To send it to your bank or e-wallet:
- Add a withdrawal account in your Wallet, if you have not yet.
- Choose Request withdrawal, pick the account and enter the amount.
- Check the fee and the amount you will receive, and confirm.
- Our finance team reviews the request and sends it through Xendit.
Amounts and fees
- Minimum: currently Rp 50.000 per withdrawal.
- Fee: a flat Rp 10.000 per withdrawal, taken from the amount. A Rp 50.000 withdrawal sends Rp 40.000.
- KTP: a withdrawal above Rp 100.000 needs your KTP on file. See "When do I need to submit my KTP?".
Good to know
- One withdrawal at a time. A new request waits until the previous one is sent or has failed.
- Keep your videos public. Before sending, we check that the videos behind your claims are still public. A hidden, private or deleted video holds the withdrawal back.
- The amount is held from your balance as soon as you request it, so it cannot be requested twice. If the request is rejected or the transfer fails, it comes back to your balance.
